The following Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines how purchases, cancellations, and refunds are handled by our team.

 

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your ReviewMatters subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, allowing you to retain access until the period concludes.

 

Monthly Subscriptions: Must be canceled at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions: Can be canceled any time during the year, but no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the term, except as explicitly provided in this policy.

 

Refund Policy

Trial Period: If your subscription began with a free trial, you can cancel at any time before the trial period expires without any charge. No refunds are applicable since no charge would have been made.

Within 30 Days of Purchase: For new subscriptions, if you are not satisfied with ReviewMatters for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please note this is applicable only for your first subscription period.

Renewals: Refunds for renewal payments will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you forget to cancel your subscription before it renews, you must notify us within 7 days of the renewal date to be considered for a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances: Any refunds outside these parameters are granted at the discretion of Samaya Infotech management.

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
